The Bay to Birdwood is the largest continually staged historic motoring event in the world... and it's uniquely South Australian. Each year tens of thousands of people line the streets to see the two-hour passing parade of over 1500 veteran, vintage, classic cars, motorcycles and commercial vehicles. The 2021 Bay to Birdwood will take place on 26 September 2021.
The Bay to Birdwood is one of the world’s great historic motoring events. First held in 1980 the event has become a fixture on the South Australian events calendar. It is a mass-participatory citizen-collector historic motoring event that draws participants from far and wide and regularly attracts thousands of spectators to line the route and attend the start and finish events.
